“I already have a website” does not have to end the conversation.
If the site is functional and the business already likes it, rebuilding can be unnecessary. We can start by identifying what is actually holding the site back.
What the assessment can uncover
Common issues include generic or missing page titles and descriptions, pages that do not clearly match what customers search for, weak local content, pages Google is not finding correctly, neglected Search Console, overlapping URLs, thin service/location pages, and unclear next steps for visitors.
Fix the biggest problems first
After the assessment, the next step may be a focused optimization project rather than a new website. That can preserve the platform, content, IDX, CRM, or other functionality the business already depends on.
Then improve over time
Large websites often contain more pages than should be rebuilt in one project. Ongoing management lets us strengthen the most important pages gradually and measure what is changing.
